My garage door decided to be uncooperative today. Called Overhead Door Company of Greensboro™, had a choice of times TODAY. Rusty arrived 2 minutes ahead of time, told me how long it would take and how much it would be. Very very pleased with the professional service.

This company is awesome! The young man that gave me a quote was on the money when he told me when they would install my door. At precisely 8:00 on the day they said they would be in touch, I got my call. At 9:15 the installer was installing my door! The Overhead Door Company of Greensboro is the best! The employees are professional, knowledgeable and so very courteous! Thank you for a wonderful and uplifting appearance to my home! The door looks beautiful!

They are wonderful! When we lost power, I had pulled the release catch. I could not get it reattached. The Overhead door service person came and fixed it in a minute AND did not charge me!

He gave me a ton of value for the price I paid, getting two old and large garage doors working again. He was extremely efficient and professional, and knew what he was doing. There are many companies masquerading as Overhead Door Company™. Accidentally called one Overhead Garage Door thinking it was them. Scammer came to my house and quoted me $499 to replace broken drive belt. Sent him packing with his $35 service call fee. Called the right guys next, they came over and fixed it for $229 (which was given to me over the phone based on my description of what was needed.) Be careful out there, especially someone who advertises in the coupon book or envelopes you received in the mail. Check the reviews.

Not only was my repair technician on time and courteous, but he was able to sync my new car to my very old garage door system, which is something no one has been able to do. Both times we have had our garage door serviced, the technicians have been great. Laura, Greensboro
